What is Keepventory?
Keepventory is a personal ledger for anything you collect — create a folder per collection, log each item's photo, price paid, and purchase date, and see your totals.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 50 items, or $40/year for the Keeper plan — unlimited items, photos, and full price history.
Does it work for more than trading cards?
Yes — unlike category-specific trackers, Keepventory is built for any collection type in the same account: cards, coins, sneakers, vinyl, sealed boxes, whatever you collect.
Does it track current market value automatically?
No. You log a price whenever you check one, and Keepventory works out current value and earnings from what you logged. There are no automatic market-price feeds — you're always the source of the number.
Can I get my data out?
Yes — JSON export is on every plan. CSV import is included on the Keeper plan.
